ORDERS
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Delivery within Sweden typically takes 3–5 business days, and 3–7 business days within the EU.
I haven’t received my order confirmation.
Please check your junk or spam folder to ensure that your confirmation email has not been filtered there. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, kindly contact us at info@alvercollection.com and we will resend it promptly.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@alvercollection.com. Once your order has been processed, we are unfortunately unable to alter the delivery address.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
Customs or Imports duty charges do not apply to customers Sweden and European Union.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Stockholm, Sweden.
What shipping options do you offer?
Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your country and preferred delivery method.
How long will delivery take?
Sweden – Delivery time: 3–5 business days
EU – Delivery time: 3–7 business days
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders above 1500 SEK within Sweden. Available shipping options and fees will be shown at checkout.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and protective plastic intact. Proof of purchase is also required.
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@alvercollection.com with clear photographs showing the defect.
Please note that ALVÉR does not replace or accept returns for items damaged due to improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear. For best care practices, please refer to our care instructions.
How to return an item?
Contact us at info@alvercollection.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return and we will provide instructions for returning the item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Do you offer free exchanges?
We do not offer free exchanges. Customers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct size when placing an order. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.

How much does a return cost?
For returns within Sweden, a fee of 69 SEK will be deducted from your refund once the return has been received and processed.
Do you refund shipping costs?
No, we do not. The shipping fee added when placing an order is a fee to cover the service the transportation company provides when delivering a package and is therefore not refundable. The Shipping cost to you is not refundable either.
How do I file a product complaint?
If you want to make a complaint, please contact us at info@alvercollection.com. Alvér Collection does not replace damages that are caused by improper use (please read our care instructions), loss or accidents.
GENERAL
What material are the bracelets made of?
Our bracelets are made of stainless steel. This material is durable, long-lasting, and resistant to everyday wear.
How do I adjust the length of the bracelet?
Before you start, take out the band adjuster included in your package.
- Place bracelet on the adjuster.
- Apply light pressure on the pin with the fine screwdriver and turn it counterclockwise until it loosens.
- Once the screw is pulled out, remove the link. Repeat this action with every link you want to take away.
- Once the required links have been removed the pin will need to replaced into the band to complete it again.
How do I find the right bracelet size and case size?
To find the correct size, start by checking your smartwatch model. For Apple Watch, the case size is engraved on the back of your watch (for example 40 mm, 41 mm, 44 mm, or 45 mm). You can also find this information in your watch settings or on Apple’s official website.
