We're looking for a Content Creator

ALVÉR Collection is a Scandinavian accessories brand redefining smartwatch style through timeless design. Inspired by Scandinavian minimalism, we create premium watch bands and accessories that combine elegance with everyday functionality.

Our mission is simple: to help women express their personal style without compromising on technology.

We're looking for a creative, driven and social-first Content Creator to help grow ALVÉR Collection across TikTok, Instagram and other digital platforms.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves storytelling, aesthetics and creating content that people genuinely want to watch, save and share. You'll play a key role in building our brand, growing our community and shaping how ALVÉR is experienced online.

As a small, ambitious startup with global ambitions, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Create engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social platforms.
  • Film, edit and publish content showcasing ALVÉR's products and brand.
  • Develop creative concepts around product launches, campaigns and seasonal collections.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and translate them into content that feels authentic to the brand.
  • Produce both organic and paid social content with performance in mind.
  • Create lifestyle, UGC-inspired and product-focused content.
  • Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
  • Work closely with the founder to execute marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Help grow ALVÉR's online community through engaging storytelling and creative ideas.
  • Continuously test new content formats, hooks and creative concepts.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Passionate about social media, fashion and digital storytelling.
  • You naturally understand what makes people stop scrolling.
  • Comfortable filming yourself and products for social media.
  • Creative, proactive and full of ideas.
  • Strong eye for aesthetics and premium branding.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership.
  • Curious, trend-aware and eager to experiment.
  • Organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excited about helping build an emerging Scandinavian lifestyle brand.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram.
  • Confident using editing tools such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe Premiere Rush.
  • Strong understanding of social-first storytelling.
  • Experience creating engaging short-form video content.
  • Knowledge of UGC, influencer marketing and social media trends is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with Meta Ads or paid social is a bonus.
